Here are some small little life lessons I have learned in honor of turning 27 this year:
1.) You will always find your way back to the people you need the most. Always
2.) Everything comes with a cost. Even the things we believe to be free.
3.) Don’t be afraid to cry. Let it out.
4.) You’re never alone in your struggles. If you open up you’ll realize you’re surrounded by people you know who are going through the same thing.
5.) Don’t be afraid to ask for help.
6.) No is a complete god damn sentence.
7.) You don’t have to smile for anyone.
8.) People always leave. And not because they want to, but because they have to for circumstances far out of anyone’s control.
9.) It’s okay to be angry. You don’t have to forgive anyone. That whole ‘forgive them for you’ thing is 100% bullshit.
10.) No matter how bad things get, the sun will always rise the next morning. Even when you wish it wouldn’t.
11.) You will find so much love you didn’t even know existed.
12.) Be nice. You have no idea what someone is going through.
13.) You can totally flick that guy off though because he mistook your politeness and niceness as an invitation for anything more and is now being a dick about it.

15.) Don’t be afraid of what other people think.
16.) You can get through unimaginable things because you are strong
17.) I will never miss the money I drop on concert tickets because now I have a memory with someone I love.
18.) If you do a nice thing or a good deed don’t expect anything in return. Even a pat on the back. Do it because it makes your heart happy to see someone else happy.
19.) SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESSES. EVEN BETTER: SMALL BUSINESSES RUN BY WOMEN
20.) Tell boys they are cute. They like compliments too. Also let them know they have pretty eyes.
21.) If you act like a crazed lunatic when accused of something I am 100% gonna assume you fucking did it
22.) Stop taking up less space than you deserve
23.) Don’t be okay with being silenced
24.) If you see an injustice, step up or step in
24.) Be okay with failing. It’s going to happen. A lot.
25.) I will be on my death bed and realize I still need to restart the dryer for the tenth fucking time because I keep forgetting to just take it out and put it away
26.) Nothing happens if you just wait for it
